The 1 troy ounce Canadian Silver Maple Leaf is one of the most recognized silver bullion coins in the world, produced by the Royal Canadian Mint. Introduced in 1986, it has earned a strong reputation among investors and collectors alike as a leading silver bullion product.

Each coin is struck from 99.99% pure silver and contains one troy ounce of fine silver.

The obverse features a portrait of His Majesty King Charles III, designed by Canadian artist Steven Rosati. Beneath the portrait are the coin’s face value and year of issue.

On the reverse, the coin showcases a detailed image of Canada’s iconic maple leaf, accompanied by the purity mark “9999” and the inscription “FINE SILVER 1 OZ ARGENT PUR,” indicating its weight and silver content.

To enhance security, Silver Maple Leaf coins have featured precision-engineered radial lines on both sides since 2014, along with a micro-engraved maple leaf security mark displaying the year of issue. For this edition, the privy mark contains the number “26,” representing the coin’s year.

Since 2019, the Royal Canadian Mint has also incorporated its Mintshield® Surface Protection technology, helping to reduce the occurrence of white spots on the coin’s surface.
